im so damn tired today..
we all work like mad cows..
i realised something..
when you take a role of a staff nurse, you can never be able to perform assistant nurse's job..
it's tiring and it makes me confused..
alot of times, i mess up my patients documentation and observation...
when i document for patient A, i think of patient B..
im just plain worried on how i am going to cope being a staff nurse in a yr time..
its scary when i think abt it..
its not as easy as others may think..
i guess im really tired..

i'll try again tomorrow..
btw, after tmrw, im left with 2 more wks to end this long 8 wks of attachments..
