torn into pieces, 9:42 PM

i had another seminar today. yes! on a Sunday. its quite tiring but, if it distracts me, it doesnt matter. its an O&G seminar by the way. when the speaker starts presenting about osteoporosis, Winny nudge and whisper to me, 'eh! i think you just enter the right seminar. haha' dammit. i must do something to this body weight and the first step to it is be happy. when you are happy, you'll feel tenang. yes! i want to be at ease. tenang.

one thing about seminars that i enjoy is that, i learn new facts and im aware of my surroundings. not much for work purposes but for personal information. we were discussing about cervical and breast cancer today. we always heard from health care professionals on the importance of breast self examination every month. however, due to our busy schedule, do we really bother to do it faithfully? honestly, i didnt bother. and thats the thing about humans. you dont bother until you discover a lump and then, it will bothers you. when women get paranoid.... oh! tell me about it.

my next interesting topic they brought up was teenage pregnancy. according to their studies, there are 1500 abortion yearly. it did not surprise me as every week there will be at least 1 termination of pregnancy. studies have shown that teenagers who gave birth normally do not give birth to big babies. perhaps, if i ever give birth, my kid will be as skinny as me. wahaha. im out of love. and thats just crap.

ever heard of waterbirth? a mother who give birth in the water. macam underwater world. heh. yeah! check it out. its better than having epidural.

it hurts.

Be in good health first and foremost.. Weigh ermm at least a 40kg.. To do an adv diploma in nursing.. Be an excellent & dedicated perioperative nurse. I want to canoe & rock climbing someday.. To get married! Haha.. Not so soon still..
