torn into pieces, 9:59 PM

i knew i wasnt ready for ACL. in fact, i dont feel like assisting ACL this morning. however, in life, sometimes, we do not have a choice. the moment i step into reception, Sister told me, 'Ifa, you will do the first case, ACL. 25 mins to prepare.' pap on my face. the very first word that came out was. SHIT. luckily Winny was around to help out.

since, this is my single scrub, i feel so damn lost. i have 3 trolleys, a basin and a mayo stand staring at me. wah! this is a challenge i whispered to myself. i wasnt sure how i was going to finish the operation in one piece. as expected, i wasnt ready even when the surgeons are. should see how my hands shake and i turned 360 degrees to get things done.

when the operation ends, the same 3 trolleys staring at me. i took 1 blardie hour to wash them and the instruments are heavy okey! in total, i have 7 sets to wash. dah macam sental periuk lepas kerja kahwin. this kind of case should do in mot lah. biar Mardia scrub. hehee. i know i irritate Andrew Dutton today.

but, not to worry, there will be a rematch on Friday. when i prepare my trolleys, everybody SIAM. my promise is, i will do my best this time. some facts about me that i begin to realise is that, no matter how much i dislike or not in the mood to do something, when i get it started, i'll finished it. although, in between, i feel like crying and i want to quit. thats when i know i can do this. small girl assisting orthopaedics. why not...? =)

it hurts.

Be in good health first and foremost.. Weigh ermm at least a 40kg.. To do an adv diploma in nursing.. Be an excellent & dedicated perioperative nurse. I want to canoe & rock climbing someday.. To get married! Haha.. Not so soon still..
