torn into pieces, 6:59 PM

it feels like coming home. yes! theatre is like the second home. =) i feel kind of lost today. haha. 11 days beb. what do you expect...

'so how is your Chinese boyfriend?' Mah asked. 'of course my imaginary Chinese bf is doing good.' hehe. 'so did u get married this leave?' 'nope. probably, the next.' =)

the first case today is my favourite surgeon's. the usual, i took the first case. and hey, he asked me, 'Hi Ifa. How have you been doing?' 'been doing great.' we smiled. not that i know if he asked anyone else in the theatre. =P hahah. for another fact i like about him is that he is not those who demand things. he will ask, 'Ifa, what do we have for closure?' or 'Ifa, what do we have for dressing.' besides, ive always heard him ask the surgical team for opinions even though he is a consultant. and thats what i like about him. the humble man. =)

besides the hand cases today, i had to be in ot 5 to help with the TOPs with Dr Shakina. she said, 'hey, you are here. my favourite assistant.' wahaha. i remembered signing for her all the prescriptions and MCs the other time. haha. should see how we run the top list together. madness. madness.

some things i just want to share today. the usual, after each case done, we will call the next of kin to inform them that operation is over and patient is in the recovery. i called up one of my top patient's bf. with sleepy voice he picked up and acknowledge the phonecall. i repeat, sleepy voice! how can you be so irresponsible and relax when she is on the table fighting between life and death and its you who got her pregnant btw. what makes anyone think woman cant die of abortion?

what makes you think that it isnt painful too? when we will open up her legs wide and get the arteries to open up her cervix. use a currette to scrap the product of conception and the sucker to suck the rest. yucks okey!

these just shows what man are capable of doing. irresponsible shit.

Be in good health first and foremost.. Weigh ermm at least a 40kg.. To do an adv diploma in nursing.. Be an excellent & dedicated perioperative nurse. I want to canoe & rock climbing someday.. To get married! Haha.. Not so soon still..
