torn into pieces, 8:38 PM

all the theatres have been running like the mad house. Winny and i are so shagged. we told one another we will catch a movie after my exams. ive been having late nights and early mornings. this body definitely cant take it anymore. March is the busiest month for me so far.

on Wednesday was the first time ive seen Dr Alph that mad. the surgery didnt went well. i was just afraid he would vent his anger at me like some surgeons would. but, he did not. the only time he sounded very pissed was when he said, 'this surgery is only an hour not a 2 hrs surgery. guys, if you encounter problems, give anyone a call.' soon after we wrapped up, he smiled and laughed again. hehe. i guess his wife probably marries him not for his looks or status but, because of his attitude and character. nowadays, i hardly find a surgeon who holds a consultant pose as nice as him. no kidding. even the Malay surgeon can be so action!! if you know what i mean.

another nice consultant, Dr Cheong Wai Kit. i scrubbed for his case yesterday and i really do not have any idea how he is going to do a stapled haemorrhoidectomy. so i thought it could be like the usual haemorrhoidectomy with staples. hehe. sometimes, when we are too short handed, we just have to scrub any cases whether or not you know how to assist. something about colorectal team that i learnt is, they will teach you as the surgery goes on. they allowed me to paint, feel the incision, suture and assist them.

i kind of miss the presence of Pramod in the theatre. i was told that he is back to home town. im not too sure if he will come back. somtimes, we draw a line btw the nurses and doctors, but with him, he is not only another doctor to work with but, he is like a friend. thus, he is the first doctor i called by name. heheh. how much i miss working with you.. hehe =))

it hurts.

Be in good health first and foremost.. Weigh ermm at least a 40kg.. To do an adv diploma in nursing.. Be an excellent & dedicated perioperative nurse. I want to canoe & rock climbing someday.. To get married! Haha.. Not so soon still..
