torn into pieces, 10:03 PM

what a busy day. i'll lose weight further if i am assigned in ot 8 everyday. theatre 8 and reception is so far. oh God!

we assisted open cases today. for the first time ive seen an open wound over the scrotum and i can see his testis!! yeeooww. its disgusting. the team did a split skin graft to cover up the wound. its like patch work. the best part of the surgery is the planning. the team's planning is superb. we inserted the urine catheter and insert spongstan into his anus. first, to prevent him from urinating during surgery which is going to yeeoww me. second, to prevent him from shitting during surgery too. despite the long hours surgery, all of us are in a good mood but, a little tired for me. hehee.

the surgeons i work with today are a little weird. hmm.. they seemed to be ermm, im sorry for my choice of words but, they seemed to be a little horny. hah. Janet said, 'Ifa, why are the surgeons not tied up.' 'oh! come guys. tied up now.' he said, 'you know, Ifa. i dont like to be tied up. i like to be untied.' he winked.

another, 'so, Ifa where are you staying?' 'Bukit Panjang.' Jess interrupted, 'why? are you going to send her home?' 'can. but, im oncall today. wait for me to do a case in mot and i can send you.' 'oh! forget it.' i said. 'so, are you married.' 'hahaa. no.' 'when are you planning to get married?' 'not so soon. in fact, i have better plans than to get married.' 'what are you planning?' 'im planning to work in Riyadh after my bond here.' 'really?' 'yeah. two more years and im counting down to it.' 'why Riyadh?' 'well, Riyadh have my best interest at heart eventhough people commented the Arabs are so much bigger than me.' 'oh well! everyone likes it big.' he smiled. 'wahaa. i know what you are referring to you know.' 'true right? everyone likes it big.' 'well, i guess so.' 'its time to get to business tonight.' haha. 'you have kids, Tim?' 'nope. no time to make one.' 'no wonder.' no wonder what?' 'oh nothing.' i smiled. 'get married, Ifa.' 'why?' 'learn to feel the satisfaction.' 'i will when the right time comes. otherwise, i am not hard up to that.' 'you got to be kidding.' 'i want to choose the man i want to have all these fantasies with. thats more important.' we smiled. =)
