torn into pieces, 11:44 AM

what a bloody Friday!! first, we had a super long roll call in the morning. second, we are short of courier nurses. third, something happened in theatre which made me so speechless.

look, i may not be in my best all the time, but, i am also not in my 'lousy' all the time either. it took me by surprise when he took it personal. when usually whenever we unscrub, we are cool. no personal issues but, just past and parcel of working and we stay professional. i lost respect for him when he said to one of the nurses, 'what is it? talking about me is it?' i glared at him with the look of disgust and walked away! come on we wasn't even talking about you. we were DISCUSSING ABOUT THE NEXT CASE!!

the only thing in my mind was its either i leave the theatre or you get lost because i cannot face you for another second anymore. dont compare us with mot staff please. we may not be as competent, but we are not that stupid. i already hate the way they managed things here so don't try to rub it further. some things are not in my control so please understand. the worst thing is, we are doing cross training here!! one day in hand theatre another day in O&G theatre another day in ortho theatre or plastics or dental or ent or paediatrics or general surgeries or tssu or courier nurses, or recovery room! how many surgeons preference do we have to take care...??? we are ALL ROUNDER! sometimes, we can have the first case running paeds and after that followed by buttock cases after that is hand sometimes, laparoscopic. damn! i dont know how to get these irritating surgeons understand this!

anyway, i dont care about what happened. if you are creating so much fuss about a stupid marker, i will give you that marker even if its just for removal of K-wire!!

seriously whatever.

on the second thought, this prepares me for mot.

Be in good health first and foremost.. Weigh ermm at least a 40kg.. To do an adv diploma in nursing.. Be an excellent & dedicated perioperative nurse. I want to canoe & rock climbing someday.. To get married! Haha.. Not so soon still..
