torn into pieces, 9:07 PM

Winny is so sweet. whenever i told her how expensive these lessons can be, she told me if im in need, let her know. i am no doubt in a very ermm quite tight financially lately. so, whoever owe me better start paying up. hehe. just kidding. i just can't wait to end everything. cepat2 habis please.

the year end bonus is a worry especially after the downturn financial crisis. please don't lessen my bonus which is no doubt less already. if you're giving us peanuts, you better not give. buat sakit hati je.

boy! it feels different. really different. i am not bragging but, since ive started working, i am never in short of money. i may shop like hell but, i learnt and i know where to stop. sigh. nevertheless, thank you for the offer but, i can manage my own financial 'downturn'.

i was quite pissed this morning. i didn't know i am a part time preceptor. i dont want to be calculative and be petty especially when at work because we work as a team. but, look, your preceptee can't be double scrub with me all the time. siapa preceptor ni?? sejak bila aku qualified jadi preceptor? i scrubbed for thyroidectomy this morning. she told me that her preceptee have not seen a thyroid case before and she wanted her to observe. for all i know, she told her to scrub in and observe and not touch anything. obviously when you are in the field, you will be assisting as well. i ended up teaching her what to do. for goodness sake, if you want her to learn, you scrub up with her and teach her. i don't mind teaching, but i am not as qualified as you are. please understand. afterall, i am not signing her papers. how do you know if she is good or likewise if she often follows me. hence, when i give you feedbacks about her performance, you don't want to listen. orang macam gini pun ada. benci ah! the best part while the operation took place, she was having her break! the other time, while the perceptee was scrubbed up and i have to standby her, where was she...? she went home!

tomorrow morning, its just the perceptee and me in the theatre. she?? she starts work at 9am. she has the cheek to tell me, if its going to be an open case, you have to scrub in. if i scrub in, who will circulate...???

nonetheless, i always remind myself that teaching someone is a good deed and dapat pahala. its just that... im impatient. she is good for a beginner. tomorrow, lets do it. be patient is the key.

Be in good health first and foremost.. Weigh ermm at least a 40kg.. To do an adv diploma in nursing.. Be an excellent & dedicated perioperative nurse. I want to canoe & rock climbing someday.. To get married! Haha.. Not so soon still..
